Face to Face Mental Health Services supports individuals with severe and persistent mental illness to live independently in the community. Our specialty is assisting people in identifying their needs, locating appropriate community resources and helping our clients use those services to promote success and independence in their living, learning, working and social environments.
Assistance is provided with housing, legal, economic, transportation, and mental health and substance abuse issues; employment and training; benefit advocacy; social network development; activities of daily living and crisis intervention.
Case Managers provide advocacy in service coordination, speaking on behalf of our clients when necessary to ensure that the services arranged are in the best interest of each individual’s needs. Our services focus on the gradual path towards mental health stability and recovery starting in the home
